Hey everyone! I really wanted to jump on the Clinique Chubby Sticks bandwagon like almost everybody else did, but when I saw the Intense line (which delivers much more color payoff) I couldn't contain my excitement. I particularly fell in love with this one shade, Plushest Punch, when I saw Lisa Eldridge wear it in one of her videos. I basically ran to the nearest Clinique store and got my hands on it and finally managed to cross it over from my wishlist.
Üzerinde yazan "moisturizing lip colour balm" yani nem veren renkli lip balm sözü size bu kalem rujun bir lip balm gibi hafif renk vereceğini düşündürmesin, çünkü bu tam anlamıyla opak bir ruj. Kalıcılığı oldukça iyi, benim deneyimime göre 4-5 saat boyunca neredeyse hiç renk kaybı olmuyor ve 5 saatten sonra da dudakta hafif bir renk bırakıyor. Özellikle nem verdiğini düşünmüyorum ama kesinlikle dudağı kurutmuyor ve rahatsız etmiyor.
Don't get fooled by the "moisturizing lip colour balm" definition written on it and think that it would have sheer or semi-opaque color pay-off. This is definitely an opaque lipstick. It has quite good staying power, it stayed on my lips for a solid 4-5 hours and after that it left a nice tint. I can't say that this is really hydrating, but it does not dry out my lips and it's quite comfortable to wear.
Yukarıda sol tarafta rengin yoğun olarak uygulanmış halini görebilirsiniz, sağdaki ise tek kat uygulandığında verdiği renk. Gördüğünüz gibi kesinlikle tam opaklığa sahip. Plushest Punch oldukça canlı, ne sıcak ne soğuk tonlu bir pembe. Clinique bu rengi "raspberry pink" yani ahududu pembesi şeklinde tanımlamış, gerçekten de rengi ahududuyu hatırlatıyor. Canlı bir renk olsa da günlük kullanıma oldukça uygun ve neredeyse herkesin rahatlıkla kullanabileceği bir renk olduğunu düşünüyorum. Normalde bu kadar canlı renklere elim pek gitmez ama bu ruj gerçekten farklı!
The left side of the swatch is applied heavily but the right side is how it looks after just one swipe, it's really opaque! As you can see above, this is a bright, neutral toned pink. Clinique describes it as "raspberry pink" which is quite accurate in my opinion, it sure reminds me of raspberries! The color is really bright but anyone who tries it can pull it off in my opinion. I'm not really a bright-lips kind of girl but there's something about this one that just makes me reach for it quite often!
Chubby Stick Intense'lerle ilk tanışmam oldukça keyifli oldu ve bu nedenle şu anda gözümü bu serideki Grandest Grape rengine dikmiş durumdayım, kış mevsimine oldukça uygun ve tam benlik bir renk! Yarın görüşmek üzere!
Clinique really impressed me with this Chubby Stick Intense line. Right now I have my eyes on the Grandest Grape, which looks right up to my alley! See you tomorrow!
